This was the first of the Wednesday night Wickham rides, Wickham to Petersfield Mother Kelly's
fish and chip shop, 10 riders turned up for the 40-mile ride zigzagging through the countryside,
from Wickham, Hambledon, Droxford, down the favourite Morstead Road, then east to Warnford,
then Bramdean and Ropley, then turning east again to take in Little Switzerland and on to
Petersfield, at times the sun was low, and some roads had a fair bit of detritus, the pheasants
and deer were out, but the ride progressed well, and as usual the fish and chips were great,
thanks to all who turned up, and to Woody for being back marker.
